It brought together 87 researchers, clinicians, administrators and students interested and engaged in the rehabilitation field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The keynote speakers were Dr. Veronica McKinney, director of the northern medical services department at the University of Saskatchewan\u2019s College of Medicine, and Katrina Anne P\u014dtiki Bryant, associate dean M\u0101ori at the University of Otago School of Physiotherapy in New Zealand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other speakers included Dr. Simon D\u00e9cary is a physiotherapist and assistant professor of rehabilitation at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, School of Rehabilitation Science faculty members Dr. Scotty Butcher and Dr. Stacey Lovo, and College of Rehabilitation alumni Katie Kitchen and Marlee Mayer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event also included a poster competition for master\u2019s and PhD students.
