Sandra Webber, Oyin Otubusen and Joanne Parsons all recieved awards from the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association.<\/sub><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sarah Conci<\/strong> received the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) Clinical Education Award for her exceptional commitment to experiential learning at CPA\u2019s annual national congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Moni Fricke <\/strong>and Dr. Mark Garrett <\/strong>were nominated for several Manitoba Medical Students\u2019 Association teaching awards, reflecting the department\u2019s outreach and promotion of the rehab professions within RFHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Dean Kriellaars<\/strong> received the R. Tait McKenzie Award of Honour, a national award from Physical and Health Education Canada in recognition of his distinguished service in the promotion of physical health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oyin Otubusen<\/strong>, physical therapy tutorial leader and professional lead \u2013 physiotherapy for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, received the Joan K. Edwards Award from the Manitoba Physiotherapy Associatiofor her early career contribution to the profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Joanne Parsons<\/strong> received the Leonore Saunders Mentorship Award from the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association, recognizing physiotherapists in their mid-career who provide inspiration to colleagues by acting as role models for their profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Sandra Webber<\/strong> received the Susan A. Macdonald Award from the Manitoba Physiotherapy Association, for outstanding contributions, perpetuating excellence, and positively influencing others towards higher levels of achievement in the physiotherapy profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
