The Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry will occupy two floors of the new centre on the Bannatyne campus with a 30,000-square-foot purpose-built space for the dental clinic. It will house all clinical facilities of the college. Designed to meet the needs for the college now and into the future, this initiative will position the Dr. Gerald Niznick College of Dentistry for even greater levels of excellence, student success and community impact.

- Fully accessible and sensitive to the needs of people living with cognitive and physical disabilities. Included will be one special needs suite with nitrous and IV sedation capabilities
- Three oral and maxillofacial oral surgery suites with negative air pressure, nitrous and IV capacity as well as a recovery room

- One microscope/oral pathology teaching lab
