Clerkship update

As many of you are aware, medical undergraduate education has been interrupted by the current COVID19 pandemic. Pre-clerkship has continued with virtual classes and exams but have unfortunately had to cancel a number of the clinical skills and small group sessions. Clerkship has been suspended, as have electives for the fourth-year medical students. This has left the students in third- and fourth-year with extra time and they have been incredible volunteers! They are working within the health-care system, are volunteering to help physicians who are working through this pandemic, and are creating new opportunities for volunteering with seniors.

Clerkship is tentatively scheduled to resume on May 25, 2020, and we will keep you updated should this be delayed.
