Donica Janzen
Donica’s oral presentation, “Patterns of antipsychotic use before initiation of long-acting injectable antipsychotics,” was accepted at the 2020 CADTH Symposium at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto, ON.
Amani Hamad and Donica Janzen
Amani and Donica received support for leadership development from the Winnipeg Foundation’s Martha Donovan Leadership Fund.
This fund is a $250,000 scholarship fund created to provide leadership development opportunities for women in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences by supporting leadership training. This year’s inaugural recipients come from the College of Pharmacy, Max Rady College of Medicine and the College of Nursing.
Heather Carney
Heather was the lead author on a paper titled, “Prevalence and Risk Factors of Substance Use Disorder in Inflammatory Bowel Disease” with Dr. Kaarina Kowalec. The paper was published by Oxford University Press in February 2020.
