The grant is provided by the University of Manitoba in support of campus mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new endeavour will bring emotional support dogs to campus and encourage students, staff and faculty to come by and reduce their stress levels and anxiety though animal therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project will launch when it is once again safe to have social gatherings on the Bannatyne campus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff members Natalie Scofield-Singh and Niki Riches have been successful in receiving a Success through Wellness grant for \u201cPAWS for a Smile!\u201d a project centred on connecting the Bannatyne community with therapy dogs from St. John Ambulance.
