The University of Manitoba hosted its first-ever virtual Convocation on June 29, 2020 to honour our graduating students. The ceremonies were streamed live and then available on-demand. The College of Pharmacy was proud of all our 47 students who graduated this year at the event.
The College of Pharmacy also celebrated the Class of 2020 by holding a Virtual Graduation Celebration with students, faculty and staff, special guests and student’s family and friends, on June 23, 2020.
The celebration highlighted our student’s accomplishments, included special guest speakers, presentation of Preceptors of the Year, presentation of the Class of 2020, messages from our senior stick, Oath of the Pharmacists and ceremonial pinning of the CPhM pins on our graduating students. Although the event looked differently than other years, it was a joyous unique occasion enjoyed by all.
