By The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning

At The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning, we want every teaching experience at the University of Manitoba to be optimized for learning. We are here to support you in your teaching journey, whether you are a new instructor or you’ve been teaching for years.

Current work

One-on-one consultations with Educational Developers

We are available at Rady for one-on-one consultations to help you with your syllabus, your return to in-person teaching and any questions you have about teaching and learning. Email The Centre to book a one-on-one in-person or video-conference consultation.

Curriculum renewal support

Curriculum renewal is an intensive process where we work with you to deeply examine and analyze the pieces of a curriculum and then help you reimagine and rebuild. Curriculum renewal is guided by feedback from graduates, instructors, students and often alumni or external stakeholders about what is outdated, what needs to be changed and how we can better serve the health professionals of the future. Email The Centre for support in the curriculum renewal process.
